Have you seen what your current lender can offer?

If you are in negative equity your only option is staying with your current lender, or pay in a lump sum big enough to get a decent rate.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Sounds like a good idea.
And when you find a lender who will offer you a mortgage while you are in negative equity, be sure to post on here, as it will help a lot of people.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
