I've just received a package and inside was a plush white cuddly toy wearing a santa hat, but sadly not the reindeer I was expecting. There was a covering letter explaining that due to demand they had run out of the reindeer and to accept their apologies, saying I could return it to the address on the letter. I am a little disappointed I wasn't contacted first and given the option to cancel the order before receiving the different plush. It was a prezzie I was thinking of for my young nephew but I may just give it as a charity xmas prezzie next year.

Has anyone received the reindeer or other plush?
