Does anyone know if discharged bankrupts (4 years ago declared bankrupt), can apply for these part buy part rent schemes? As some sites say you must have a clean credit report. So does that mean after 6 years, my report will be clean and therefore i will be eligable?
any help appreciated.

Be very very careful as these are Always in favour of the seller..search for some of the horror stories on here about them,,
have a look at this http://www.insidehousing.co.uk/ihstory.aspx?storycode=6501770It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0
