  • I ordered a Winnie the Pooh DVD on an account I created for myself using my credit card. So I then created an account for my partner and he bought a dvd using his credit card and it all seemed to go through ok but then we received a message on the home screen saying our order had been cancelled as we have placed an order on another account - must pick up the address

Just to let you all know

the pooh dvd, and the princess diaries are both back to their normal prices, :( but the £5 promotional code still means there are lots of bargains to be had :j. after much deliberation, and finding alot of things i wanted were OOS, including most of the ben 10 dvd's at £5.99 (my lil princess LOVES ben10!) i eventually settled on this for £1.99 (£6.99 before code, and rrp £16.99)

there are still plenty of DVD's that would be 99p with the £5 discount though, great lil stocking filler!!

    thank you OP!! :T

This DVD is no longer 99p. It is now £7.99p. You can buy it for £2.99 using the £5 off voucher though.

Same here (just one DVD though) ... I also ordered on the 1st Dec, and seen some other posters that ordered after that got delivery already... so maybe they have a technical problem and "lost" some orders made on the 1st ?!

I will give them a few days before I make a claim for refund direct with my bank.

Even if they are having technical problems they still have no excuse for constantly ignoring all my messages. Has far as im aware they havent taken any money from my account yet.
