after 20 minutes wait finally spoke to someone..they are saying RM has all the parcels and are promising delivery by monday or tuesday ...heres hoping...

Mine are xmas presents so looks like I am going to to have to buy an alternative very annoying...Might ask for a refund also... Not happy Boohoo !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never ever got a proper reply to email either...Wont be using them again ...Their loss...:mad:
