That's great news. I emailed dealtastics about mine, they said it was dispatched on the 5th Dec in 2 parcels. Hopefully it will arrive soon. I was getting a little worrid.

Still waiting for mine and need it to come today or tomorrow so I can send onto my brother. Am debating trying to get one at Argos if it doesn't come in time but have checked Dealtastic returns and if the item isn't faulty can only return for credit

I was wondering whether to do that and then it arrived and that was my concern too... one of my DD's friends would have been getting a very expensive bday present if it had of happened...

Its sod laws tho - if you get one it will arrive in time and if you dont it wont :P

These clowns are bound by the distance selling regs, either UK or Jersey. So they must refund in full, the cost of the product and shiping. You are usually liable for return postage, though in this case it's debatable since they have failed to spell out your rights on the website.
