It's frozen so it keeps for ages, you can chop it up and put it in a pasta dish or slice it for something like a pizza topping0 -
There would be no need for them to know it was being used as a 'pork' substitute if you used the turkey rashers. Might be more tricky if you used a 'FAKE BACON' packet :rotfl:
I'd just tell them its a turkey carbonara.
That's what I meant, the veggie "not bacon" stuff. (never understood the want to eat pretend meat when a veggie, better eat the real stuff and no additives)
