Looks entirely illegal to me. From a quick look it would seem they are selling "backups" and you can only legally play the game if you already own it. In reality this probably means they are selling you illegal pirated versions of the game under the guise of backups. You might also need a modded xbox to play them on. I would avoid them personally. There's no sense crying over every mistake.
You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.0 -
Its illegal to sell backups0

Read a bit more now and you will need a modded xbox to play them on and if you don't own an original version of the game then you would be breaking the law. I wouldn't touch them to be honest. There's no sense crying over every mistake.

if your gonna buy pirated games then just download them
its all illegal
plus your xbox will most likely get banned from live as well
if its too good to be true then you know its dodgy0 -
As others state it is illegal to purchase a back up game that you dont own.Plus when you use these you can say goodbye to xbox live/PSN.0

If you want to buy "backup games" (a.k.a. pirated software) then I suppose this is one of the sites to go to. Of course, you will need a chipped xbox to get them to work, and then there is more than the possibility that MS will brick it like they did with a previous batch of chipped Xboxes.
Oh, and the disclaimer in their "Conditions of Use" page won't hold up in court.Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -
Will avoid for sure thought it looked odd, Im glad I asked just to make sure thanks again0
