help me with baking ideas

Ok
I need to make some sort of baked pudding/dessert treat for later on
this is what Ive got in ( i can get things, but would prefer to use up the bulging Stores)
2 bags oatmeal
SR flour/ p flour
icing/ granulated/ caster/ muscovado sugar
half bag porridge oats
dreg bag ground almods
dreg bag broken walnuts/ ground almonds
bar value chocolate ( milk)
bicarb, baking powder, valnilla extract
drag tub natural yoghurt
dreg tub creme fraiche
jar rasperry jam
cocoa
drinking chocolate ( jars & packets)
dreg jar of mincemeat
bag pudding rice
olivio style spread for baking
oils etc
half bag dried fruit
muffin & bun cases
OH has highcholestrol so nothing involving double cream or butter!
So what do you think I should make???

Well the obvious one would be Rice pudding if you have some milk topped with the walnuts, what about a jam sponge pudding or chocolate pudding? These are the ones that stand out and are probably the easiest. Whatabout some oat & fruit biscuits for treats or Queenies jam crumbles slices, which are yummy.Rebel No 220

I did Thriftlady's chocolate fudge pudding and it was lovely!!! Kids loved all the fudgey sauce. Looks like you might have all the ingredients already.
Plus its easy to do - just takes about 40 minute to cook.working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
