Cineworld ticket but problems redeeming

I won 2 Cineworld ticket codes on the Mastercard advent last Sat :j

Has anyone managed to successfully book when there is nothing to pay? I tried entering both codes together, system accepted them but I got an error message when I went to the last screen. I assumed it was because you can only use the one code so tried to book just the one (as I have a paper ticket from another comp win that I could use for OH) but got the same error message

To anyone that won and used their code - have you used it successfully yet?

I'm a bit miffed as there was nothing in the T&C's to say it was a BOGOF or anything
