Bankrupcy, shared ownership in husbands name

I have a question. I am married have no children at home and my husband has a shared ownership mortgage in his name, he owns 25% of the property. I may be losing my job due to long term health issues. If this is the case I will have to declare myself bankrupt as I have personal debts. Will the courts make my husband sell the house to pay my debts. He has contacted the housing association about this but they are not interested, saying it is of no concern to them as the house is in my husbands name and he is not in arrears with either the rent or the mortgage.

So will they take any of my husbands assets into consideration or will they just look at me personally. I have nothing to speak of as everything is in the house, we have a car that is in my name but my husband needs that to get to work everyday. Any information please.
