People with one of the old Retirement Annuity Contracts ( pre 1988 personal pensions) should keep an eye out for tax changes that could be to their advantage
It seems unlikely this will be achieved without some of the usual chaos, so expect to be showered with bits of paper first - but make sure you claim your refund if it applies to you.
