Best loan rate
Hi I am looking for some advice I have a loan which I am looking to refinance due to a change in circumstances I am wondering if anyone knows the best company I want to keep the repayments fairly low and be able to pay it off early with no penalties any advice would be greatly appreciated

Too many criteria to compare between loan services, "the best" depended by what are criteria you really need. I think:Avinagamez.com:A0

Northern Rock are pretty good if you don't want penalties.
As ghost01 says though, you need to post some more information about your circumstances.... how much do you need to borrow, who are you currently with, what is the change in circumstances, do you have a mortgage, what is your credit record like, are you employed/ self employed etc etc.
