Competitions on Facebook

I'm new to these, as well as new to Facebook itself...and I'm just wondering how you all keep up with it all.
I'm getting so muddled with all the posts from all my "likes" (about 100). Also, is there an easy way of seeing if you have won, as I'm sure some just post it on their wall, and don't asctually PM you.
Do I have to go through every "like" daily to see if I've won a comp? Is there a simple way and an order of things...or is it all a bit hit and miss?

Just realised I've probably put this in the wrong section. I have fuzzy brain.

I won a competition on facebook on monday and did not notice that it had been posted on the wall of the magazine i won from. Fortunately they sent me a private message on wednesday to ask for my details. Good luck to you for a facebook win!

Ah, thanks. So they probably would get in contact then. I have a few MSE'ers as my friends...so hopefully we could all look out for each others names.

Hiya Fudgecake - I've been wondering the same...I really can't keep up with the comps on facebook at all! I've been trying to search for my username: type your username in the search box at the top, click the search box next to it, then in the column at the left hand side click 'posts by friends' and it should (theretically) bring up anywhere that your name has been mentioned. Not sure if it works though (I've not been lucky enough to win yet, I don't think!) but it should do.

Otherwise, would there be any use in having a thread that people can post Facebook winners that they come across?

I've won a few Facebook comps and I've had pm's for them all. I enter quite a lot on there and I probably wouldn't know about it if I didn't get a pm. Sorry I'm not much help.
:AThanks to all those who post comps:A

Google has pulled up a few fb wins for me.

Just by typing "name" winner or congratulations.

Infact I think I have had 4 wins from this. HTH. :)
