Hi all
I just want to say a big thank you for all your help and advise over the last month or so.
I was in court this morning at 9.30am, just made it on time after being stuck in traffic for what appeared to be forever!
All went very well I was in court and out in under a hour, judge was very nice made me feel at ease. Also I don't think I was as nervous as I normally would have been due to all the info and experiences I have got from this site. Also my partner stayed by my side the whole time, hes amazing!
The OR called this afternoon and I have an appoitment for my full interview in two weeks, they asked lots of questions about my car which I explained that I need for work and it is worth £650.00. The OR said that due to this it is very unlikley it would be taken away from me but that is up to the OR who does my full interview. what do you think the possibility of it being taken away is? My partner also has a car which he needs for work and as we work different hours there is no way I would have access to his car. Could I loose it on the basis that my partner has a car?
Glad the first bit is over now, roll on Interview and 2011 for a new start. :rotfl:

Really glad you have that out of the way. It took a couple of days for it to really sink in for me.
Normally you are allowed to keep your car if it is worth less than £2000. From what you said I assume that it was just you that went BR? I would think you will be able to keep it.
One of the things I've learnt is that if you can provide a sensible and reasonable justifcation for things it will normally be consdered. With a lot of it there don't seem to be hard and fast rules - luck of the draw with the OR!
Good luck anyhow and keep us updated! :j0 -
well done and good luck:j0
