Not sure what to advise, you sure it is your email address that is wrong? Could it be your password? Click on forgotten password to be sure you have it right? If it's not that then you know for sure you have entered the wrong email? Even if you have entered the wrong email as long as your payment details were correct they 'should' send it out to you anyways i would think. Just you wouldn't get notify of it if you know what i mean!

thankyou it is my email as it says email not recognised my only worry is it says on faqs if you dont provide your email for tracking of the parcel they wont be able to process order.:( ive emailed them telling them ive mistyped email the bank details were definetly right so hopefully it should be fine

Maybe you should of checked your bank account to see if the money has been taken out first? That way you know they have received your order and it will be (fingers crossed) on it's way to you soon. Hope your order goes through ok.
