I don't know whats going on with my order

I used 3 of the codes yesterday but received NO confirmation e-mail and when I try to log onto Matalan its not even recognising my e-mail address as a customer!!

This happened to me on the Woolworths glitch and it was a nightmare to sort out and get a refund for as it took my money from bank but good old Woolies had NO record of my order at all and they said it was because it was I used an incorrect code!

I am not out to frighten anyone at all as it seems you all have confirmations and if you log onto Matalan you can probably see your order there but I can't even log in! :mad:

WEIRD coz it TRACKED on Quidco! ... But can't find my order confirmation or anything on Matalan as its not even recognising me as a new customer who has placed an order ( SOB! )

I may try placing a new order as I'm tempted by some other things esp BOGOF but hope it works this time!!

did u remember to sign up after u put your order through so u can keep track once u placed your order u were then given the chance to set up an account by entering a password just underneath the confirmation i didnt do it with my first order but i found it with the 2nd order i placed (couldnt help myself) lol i got confirmation emails for both orders HTH

I THINK exported means dispatched .... I think I did create an account - Don't know what happened to first order and don't want to contact them so will see what happens as am just placing another order - Hope I get confirmation this time

Only problem is my Grandson might end up with 2 of the same toys as I really want the gumball machine for him!

If I get 2 I will keep one for another child

I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE FREE DELIVERY CODE IS THOUGH???

There is no code its automatically deducted when you spend over £50.

Ohhhhhh ... Didn't realise it was the over £50 free delivery! lol

I couldn't afford to spend over £50 as have already spent WAY too much this Christmas because of all these bargains!

My dishwasher broke so was meant to buy a new one and spent the money on lots of lovely bits and pieces for the family instead .... Will have to remember that when I am grumbling and scrubbing all the dishes and pots etc for weeks on end to come!!!
