Used them many times, their loyalty items are a bit haphazard but you can find bargins, they deliver quite quickly, never had any problems.

I bought a bargain CD with games on, the one game I bought the CD for ( Mah Jong ) did not work............. I emailed Savapoint and got an automated reply saying they would contact me within 15 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! grrrrrrrrr

savapoint are ok as long as you dont mind waiting for things. Heaven help you if you receive a faulty item. Their customer service is the worst I have ever come accross . The are arrogant rude patronising and just so unhelpfull. I am still waiting for a replacement item after a month plus I had to pay the postage to return the faulty items which was dead on arrival . What a shower !!! never again
