Toluna points?

i seem to be having issues with toluna.... i keep doing surveys but even if i compleate them the points never seem to arrive.... do i have to log in on the main site first of is just clicking the email enough??

I only usually do the mini poll things as I get fed up of being screened out so often, but as I was near the magic 80,000 at the start of the week I did a couple of surveys and the points went into my account straight away! I really wanted an Amazon voucher but settled for Love2shop as I know the wait for Amazon ones would really annoy me.

I got enough Mysurvey points this evening and cashed them in for a £5 Amazon evoucher - it arrived in less than half an hour and is now sitting in my Amazon account waiting to be spent. If others can do it so quickly and at such a busy time of year, there's no excuses
