This week's CSI Vegas competition :)
Which part of the victim's body was cut off?
    A. Head
    B. Arm
    C. Leg
Text CSI A to 65550. Text cost £1.53 + standard network rate.
    Telephone entry is: 0904 16 17 555. Cost £1.53 from BT landline.
Postal entry closes 3 days later (29/01)
Send your answer and contact details to:
    Vegas 3
    PO Box 62244
    London
    N8 1BB
The cost of text/phone is now £1.53, 3p over the MSE agreed limit. Should I still post the entry via text/phone here or on the textcompers board? :o
As there are postal options I think it should stay on here :D, It is after all the VAT that has put up the cost of the phone calls
but in saying that I've not seen any where the text costs have gone up also :(
otherwise I totally agree with korky :)

Hi the rule states no comp is to be posted if over £1.50, we could allow it with just being over 3p but then same could be said for all the other comps costing £1.60 + sorry but martin has stated that and have asked a few times and answer was no, so we have to stick to rules of mse
There is the text compers forum for all comps over £1.50 and that is easy to use and quick to scan for comps, thanks :D

but surely with VAT going up - this could change his mind, after all it's not the companies putting the costs up it's the damm government

very doubtful tbh i know when i have asked martin before and the forum team and they were not keen as this is a moneysaving site, this is why cat and myself set up the fb group and then the forum specially for the high text/phone comps xx

im with ppd on this one, the rule says £1.50 and £1.50 plus snc is skirting on the edge of allowable anyway since total cost is then over the limit. until the limit actually is raised, if it is, we need to stick to the rule.

I agree with PPD too. How about keeping the postal details on here with a link to the forum for texts?

I have noticed that nearly all text comps have increased in price so that means all the ones that are £1.50 will probably also be around £1.53. I think I'm with korky on this one...I would like to see a slight increase of £1.55 - £1.60 so it would cover the ones already regularly posted :o

I do like your text site that you set up though for higher comps :T but I do tend to stick to mse more than any other site. :)
