1. No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.
2. This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
3. All entries must be received by 31st March 2011
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
5. Only one entry per person.
6. All entries will be entered into the Promotion. A random drawing will be held on 05th April 2011. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All decisions of Promoter related to this Promotion are final and binding, without right of appeal.
7. There is one (1) prize
8. The prize is a trip for two on the Imaginative Traveller “Cuba Fantastica” tour. The itinerary for the tour can be found at http://www.imaginative-traveller.com/trips/gscf. All travel and tour arrangements must be made through Imaginative Traveller and are subject to Promoter’s approval. Any expenses not specifically described as included in the grand prize are excluded. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the grand prize does not include: international flights, transfers, spending money, entrance fees, personal expenses, travel and health insurance, gratuities, additional hotel expenses, upgrades and incidentals, and all applicable taxes. All such expenses on receipt and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
9. Both the prize-winner and chosen companion must be 18 years or over and must travel together. The winner and chosen companion are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas and valid passports for travel to Cuba.
10. The trip must be booked before 30th September 2011.
11. The prize, including travel dates and times for the grand prize, are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute an alternative prize of equivalent or similar value, and (b) in exceptional circumstances, to amend or foreclose the Promotion without notice.
12. The winner will be notified via email by 08th April 2011. The winner must claim their prize within [14] working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.

14. The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
15. The winner agrees to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.

16. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
