Coke Zone mobile credit help

Ok, so entered an instant win on the coke zone website and it said i have won... got a txt to my phone from coke zone saying my phone has been credited with £1000... i cant find the Ts&Cs on their website so dont actually know if this is for contract of pay as you go... can anyone advise??

I got the same text saying that I had won £1000 credit yesterday, but in the email it had said that I had won £1.00! I don't think someone has put the decimal point in the text.

Something wrong on their system, like usually on the first couple of days. You can win daily 10 of £10 mobile credit and about 450-500 £1 mobile credit.
Yesterday it looked different like today. You had to spin. When it was LOSE, I received email congrats, you won, and after when it was win, I didn't get anything. So...

hmmm so how does this stand when they have told me to 'get calling' and i rack up a huge bill.... surely they have to cough up??? can see them getting in a lot of trouble over this!!! not on!!!

Can't seem to find the mobile phone credit competition when I click on it, it just takes you to a snowglobe and not the win or lose wheel!!

They changed it, the wheel was today morning and yesterday, but in the afternoon was already the snowball.

Got the £1000 text at the start but assumed it was £1 as that was what was on offer. Did get a mysterious text end of last week saying there had been a mistake with top-up and they would credit my account with 50 points - they haven't.

I did win £10 but never received it :mad:

Today it would not accept my mobile number even though it is the only one I use and they have been crediting wins to it quite happily:cool:

I had a text today saying my mobile credit had been sent to my mobile, but it hasn't.

I also had the same problem and they sent me a text also to say they would credit account by 50 points , they never. So last night I sent them an E-mail asking them for my 50 points, no reply as yet. I am sure I will have blown any chance of ever being a winner now I have asked for my 50 points .

Thats good, I had texts to say mine had been added but my balance is still the same so not sure what happened to mine. I should have £13 extra credit from them..
