Help! im getting screwed by my mortgage company and my ex!

    I can assure you I am not screwing anyone, I have NEVER missed a mortgage payment or even been late with one. The phrase they are screwing me comes from the fact that I applied for a transfer of equity but as I'm a commission based worker I dont fit into their 'affordability calculation' although they are more than happy to take my money everymonth!!

    I would be very cautious of saying you (or your ex) were a bit creative with your salaries/employment on your application as that could be deemed as fraud and you don't want to get into that. :o I'm not criticising but just trying to be helpful.
