I need help finding girls' white 'furry' boots, please!

Hi. I am getting married in just over 4 weeks' time (yikes) on 1st January 2011. I am still looking for the footwear for my two bridesmaids, who are aged twelve and seven. I had the brilliant (or so I thought!) idea of getting some white/cream 'furry' boots for them - looking at the current weather we might all need them! I have spent HOURS searching for something suitable - all to no avail. Any ideas? I will need sizes 12 (child) and either 3/4 (adult size) Thanks in advance...

How about normal ones and get someone to make up some fake fur covers?

Can't help you with the boots but just wanted to say that you've got my ideal wedding date!! When we started looking at venues New Year's Day was an option at some, and I really wanted it, but our venue wasn't available, but the venue was so perfect that we've gone with that rather than the date (only two weeks later, on 15th January...) but I really wanted to get married on New Year's Day!
Hope all the planning is going well!

Yes, I like these, but as you say, I think I might struggle to get both the sizes I need! Thanks though.0 -
Yes, maybe 'covers' will be the way to go. Thanks for the links Maysie! Will keep looking...0

Hmmm yes! I like the date too, although it has complicated some of the planning just a little bit! Planning is going ok, thanks - I think - although I'm at that stage now where everything is going round and round in my head, and I know what I still have to do, but somehow getting nowhere fast!! This is second time around for both of us, and I am finding I am focussing MUCH more on the marriage ahead, and not so much on the day of the wedding as such. At the moment, weatherwise I am just kind of hoping all this snow is getting itself out of the way now and that New Year will be snow/ice-free (I'm in a very hilly part of West Yorkshire!) but we'll just have to wait and see. :eek:0 -

Hi. Their dresses are burgundy, and they'll be wearing ivory fur shrugs as well. Do you think these would go?0 -
"Bump".... Sorry - any more ideas?? Thanks. Less than 4 weeks to go now - do you think this snow will have cleared by then??!0
