You need to respond to the court form (to Next) making an offer of payment. Most courts would regard an offer to pay back the debt in 2-3 years as reasonable.

Iam 28, which is not actually young. I intend to go back to University in the next 2 years to do a post graduate Social Work diploma. Can I work as a Social Worker if I went bankrupt?

    Hi
I hate to be the bearer but the social work diploma has now finished. It is now a social work degree, and is 3 years full time with unpaid placements or 6-7 years part time with unpaid placements. AFAIK ( I did the diploma finished it last year)

Yes, you can still operate as a socail worker as a bankrupt, but I cant see any need for you to go BR at all.

  • Does anyone have any advice about a managed loan account with HSBC, I have a bank account with them and do not owe them any money. I spoke to them and they told me about a managed loan account? Is this worth taking?
I would appreciate any advice any one could give me.
