Card from City Link left

Missed a parcel delivery on Monday and was left a card from City Link and on the back it stated it would be re-delivered the next day so sat waiting in the house all day yesterday aprox 4pm saw City Link van go passed the top of our close but didn't come here so tried ringing the company but couldn't get through so emailed that and so far no reply.

And today got an email from
www.rebeccagarrettmedia.com asking if i have recieved my parcel as they have used the tracking number and it stated that it was delivered to my work.

Not sure if this is relating to the first paragraph as I'm not aware of anything that I've won and wondered if anyone has heard of that company before I reply to the email.

Bit strange if it says it's been delivered to my workplace as I'm not working at the mo.

I tried the tracking number but it's not recognised and tried it all ways and my bin is locked inside my garden and driver would have to get through 2 locked gates

  • God forgive me but i work for City Link, as a night trunk-er delivering parcel from the hubs to the branches etc. Lets just say I know what they do with your parcels lol. However I am aware that van drivers are not allowed to put items on your door step, bins or leave them at next door, so if your City Link driver does then report him to your local branch.

goto there website and type in the consignement number from the card they left you.
    http://www.city-link.co.uk/
I found them quite efficent delivering my stuff.

hmm is see that you have tried this, how far is your local depot try taking the card there.

hmm, hmm its not unknown for them to deliver it back to the place it was dispatced from in error happens at royal mail alot when the dispatchers address is more prominent than the delivery address.
Here's hoping we win what we want and want what we win!!!.
