Just received an email to say I've won a Hedonia frock worth £105. It only comes in sizes 6-14 so it's an added incentive to carry on with the diet. I'm down to size 16 from size 32 so well on the way. Might even order it in a 12 for further encouragement but no way do I want to be any smaller, I shall have to retain some of my curves!
