Hi,
am I doing it right?
I've signed up and yesterday sorted green flag and a shopping order at fragrance direct and nothing is showing in 'my account'
is that where they should appear?
What do I do if they don't?
Any other tips gratefully recieved!

Did you click through from TCB? Have you checked your tracking (special button on the site)? Some transactions take a day or two to appear. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.
If you quote me, don't forget the capital 'M'

If it doesn't track you go to enquiries and raise a cashback claim, assuming all is ok it should be added after a period of time (I put period of time as this can vary)0

Basically do this each time:
look on topcashback to see what the cashback offer is, work out what you want from the cashback site and make a note on a scrap of paper somewhere.
Then go to another unreleated site (eg google) clear your browser cookies and history so that no scraps of earlier cookies or sessions are tracking.
Go to topcashback, login, and 'click through' the cashback link to the merchant. Only then actually buy/sign up for what you wanted.
then wait a week or so but if its not tracked within 10 days submit a missing cashback claim
Be patient particularly energy switch cashbacks can take a few months to becoome payable
Also important particularly with Ts & Cs that the deal must be completed wholly online is -leave the company paying cashback alone... try not to phone them, certainly don;t phone them to change/clarify/fiddle with your order or it can void the cashback.
if you didn;t do all the above don;t worry too much but I find it does help the reliability doing it that way.0 -
Thank you - I can't see the enquiries or tracking buttoms you talk of! Tho I am only iPhone so who knows I'll check on my laptop tomorrow!
But green flag is now showing in"pending" with a zero amount - that wasn't there earlier.0 -
I used topcashback to buy RAC cover (on advice of MSE site!) and an item from BestBuy and should get discount amounting to nearly £50. Althought these transactions are now 20 and 10 days old respectively, there is no sign on my account of any "earnings". I'm sure I did everything right and have tried the test tracking which was successful. Seems like a bit of a con to me. Have submitted claims but any other advice would be welcome.0
