    I've been Money Tipped!
This whole conversation looks slightly bizarre now that Lynsey has deleted her post that prompted my comment...

 No posts deleted by myself today, not a single one. So you are 100% wrong.
If any posts I have made today have been deleted then it could only have been from a MSE guide. ;)

PS: No need to apologise for your assumption. lol

    Whoops, should correct myself then,

    There now, a 100% correct quote - that's nice.
BTW, my £5 code worked a treat. ;)

Sorry to put dampner on this parfume (ordered myself today from boots) - but just found on Fragrance Directo for £7.50. Will be sending my Boots one back

But (as claire21 and others pointed out) the point is to get the tote on a £15 spend. I have spent just over £16 and got the perfume, the tote, two 17 products and a free 17 eyeshadow set. Can't beat that :)

BTW, I called into Boots yesterday to check out the tote 'in the flesh', it is FAB!!!!!!! Really lovely, expensive looking and big enough for an overnight bag. Thanks so much again claire21, this really is a cracking deal!
And I agree with SandraScarlett (hi there ), I remember folk getting in difficult situations in Boots and having their Advantage Cards revoked.
And I would imagine that Boots are able to make a pretty good judgement about whether a person is eligible to be a member of the Parenting CLub by looking at the spending patterns associated with that card. I'm guessing they have all the evidence they need .....

Er, even if you have a baby who says that you have to buy all your baby items from Boots? Maybe they're cheaper elsewhere?

This is true, i have two babies, a one year old and a 2 and a half month old and i would never in a million years buy all of their essentials from boots, much cheaper from tesco etc :)

Dito that! 18mth old & 3 year old, never once, ever bought nappies from Boots! My spending evidence would probably suggest I didn't have babies (I have 5 children in total!):)
  • This was yet another cracking deal, that Claire21 spotted, and I have saved a fortune with her glitches. Thank you Claire, you're brilliant.

The way I read it, Claire21 wasn't saying that this was the cheapest price for the perfume, but that this was a great bargain, which it is, or was, as it included the bag.

Similarly, VerrucaSalt wasn't giving an opinion on whether or not people should tell Boots they are female, aged 93 with a baby, :D only recalling previous posts where people found they'd had their accounts suspended, or points removed.

We all have our own Richter scales of what is right or wrong, and whilst I would happily pocket a £10 note I saw lying on the pavement in busy Oxford Street, I would call after someone who had used the SS tills before me, and left 10p change in the compartment, and I've done both.

Let's keep those glitches coming! :)

    xx
