Bit strange, but I think my account got deleted. Strangely after I got my account verified my mobile phone =/ Even weirder is that I won and received a first aid kit with them, so not got a clue why they would delete my account. Was going to send a message as some of their other competitions look decent but not sure if worth the hassle?

Did anyone use their points accrued in this comp to buy anything?
I used my points to 'buy' a pandora charm that would normally cost about 20 quid yet they have taken £45 from my credit card. I have tried to contact them but all I get is

and then when I go to keep track all I get is the server not found message. I have tried in FF, chrome and IE
