You sure you're putting in all details, e.g. phone number too? Basically all boxes should be filled in apart from the last optional one.

I've just had two Blackpool v Sunderland tickets turn up out of the blue. I must have won them on one of DH's extra entries, but no email or text to say we had won. The problem is that I'm in Leicester and they are for this Saturday.

yep i did all phone number etc that went all through then it put me to anuva page asking for name adress post code to validate im a genuine customer (which i am) but its not going any further when i click that hmmm

It's possible that they've registered as a win but you won't have been able to get a reference number.

Call them on 0871 663 5029 and explain.

told me to ring friday as it takes 48 hours to process and they normally ring if the details wernt all completed.

I kept a not of the winning ball codes, captcha code and email I used to win.. so they can check if needed

cheers all i got the email adress and reference number for the win just waiting game for it to be processed now.
