Yes I believe they can or alternatively I see some people are selling them on a popoular auction website! and getting approx 90% of the value.

Hi it clearly states on the vouchers that they cannot be used online, nor is there the facility online to pay with vouchers/giftcards.

90% of the value! I was offered 50% for mine!
