Order a Sainsbury's evoucher from nectar.com to use towards your online shopping at sainsburys.co.uk (evouchers cannot be used in store).

DETAILS

• You can now use your points to purchase a £5, £10, £25 or £50 sainsburys.co.uk evoucher to spend towards your weekly shop, or to treat yourself on sainsburys.co.uk

• Only one evoucher can be ordered on nectar.com per transaction
• Only one evoucher can be used on sainsburys.co.uk per transaction
• If the value of your order on sainsburys.co.uk falls below the value of the evoucher you have used, the evoucher will be removed from the order and the full amount taken from the credit or debit card you used to make your payment. If this does happen, contact the Sainsbury’s Online Customer Care team on 0800 328 1700.

HOW TO GET THIS

• Simply select the value of the evoucher you require, and click ‘get it now’.
  
• Once you have confirmed your order, your code will be presented on the screen and can be used immediately. A confirmation email will also be sent to your Nectar Account email address.
  
• Make sure you print your evoucher to make a note of the code, and then you’re ready to visit https://www.sainsburys.co.uk.
  
• For queries relating to your order on nectar.com and receipt of your evoucher, call the Nectar helpline on 0844 811 0811
• For queries relating to the use of the evoucher on sainsburys.co.uk, call the Sainsbury’s Online Customer Care Team on 0800 328 1700

Can anyone help me? I exchanged some of my nectar points for an e voucher, I intended to use it for DVD https://www.sainsburysentertainment.co.uk as I thought it was all one site, but when I tried to redeem my evoucher it would not accept the evoucher and I have since found out that the evoucher can only be used at https://www.sainsburys.co.uk and they do not currently deliver to my area so I cannot order from them. I have contacted nectar and they advise evouchers are non-refundable, so it seems I have lost my nectar points. Does anyone know of a way around this? I realise I should have read the terms and conditions prior to redeeming my points.

you havent lost them, can you not use them against some shopping (or dont they deliver the food either)

Thanks for reply, they don't deliver at all to my address at the moment

You can use them on the other sections of the Sainsbury's site i.e home & garden, appliances, sports & leisure etc..
