Well done for customer service

Early this year I nagged about a website called http://www.thepinksugarmouse.com . The service was diabolical and I did not get everything I wanted, then I got a refund and that was that. Then yesterday I received a box of sweets from them to say they hope there are no hard feelings, Happy Christmas and sorry about the service. Apparently it has been taken over by the wife of the owner and she now deals with it herself. So well done to you and lets hope this recession makes shop owners realise how much you need your customers.
