Some of my things recently have not tracked on Quidco so I have submitted the forms online. It now says these requests have tracked and the money is showing in my account - but it still says my requests are being processed. Has it actually been accepted or not in which case? - I only ask because one is for a lot of money (£48!) and I don't know want to end up being disappointed again in a few weeks if it suddenly declines.

It's just a matter of waiting. I took out car insurance with the RAC via Quidco and it took 22 months to get the cashback and at the moment I have two queries going through.0
