I queried the cancellation thru their on site support, got the following response:

Thank you for your recent order for the War of the Worlds (Collectors Edition). Unfortunately, there was a system error on our website, which meant that the price that we advertised the DVD at was considerably lower than the correct selling price.


In accordance with the items and conditions of our website a disclaimer is displayed to incorporate any such errors. The terms and conditions specify:


Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.


On this occasion, Woolworths are unable to fulfil your order and have cancelled the above item from your order. We can confirm that no monies have been taken from your account for this order. Please accept our apologies for this error and any inconvenience this may have caused.

A small snag with the reply is that it states supplying a 'DVD' when it wasn't it was a SACD !!
