will csa be able to force me to sell my house?

Trying to be a step ahead of the csa here. If, as seems likely, they get a liability order enforced as I am unable to pay off the debt I owe fast enough for their liking.... Can they force me to sell my house? It's jointly owned with my wife and we have a 5 year old son. Mortgage in both names and total equity is only half…

RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.
