CD wow codes thread

im annoyed with cd wow.ordered the take that dvd on the 3rd and it still hasnt been despatched.ive emailed them but as yet no response.they've got a cheek taking the money out and keeping it for 11days without giving me the goods.

CD wow are unbelievable they have taken payment for two items I payed for and both are "pending dispatch" and I order one of them a week last sunday!

You are not the only one - I ordered on the 3rd and still pending dispatch. Unlikely to get it for Xmas now (and it was a gift). Same thing last year - ordered Band of Brothers box set from them last Xmas (for a gift) which never arrived and they refused to refund my money as "too much time had passed" - this was after sending them about 9 emails (1 a week for 9 weeks) - the only reason "too much time had passed" was because they ignored my emails for 9 weeks before deciding to respond!!

they say 'order before the 17th for xmas dispatch' but i'm not so sure if i will actually get my things in time.. hmmm

Really?!? I'm surprised you are using them again after that, how much did the band of brothers DVD cost you? I hope the same thing won't happen to me! Their customer service is extremly !!!!
