if you put the same email address in twice, then it just re-sends you the original voucher ... you need to use different email addresses each time.

Ive requested a couple of these around 1pm but i ahvent had an email from them how long does it take for them to come through?

I've just been experimenting and have noticed 2 things:

1) After the second email all subsequent ones will be for the same amount, so there is no point in asking for more.
2) All the emails have the same e-voucher code. This means you can't use more than one. Interestingly even the first two differing amounts have the same code. So I suspect if you have a second go you are gambling on the voucher amount. It will be replaced by one that is higher or lower.
