I just had this same problem where I clicked the back button and my order disappeared. Anyway, I emailed them and this is the reply:

'Thank you for your email.

If a voucher is entered but the transaction is not completed the voucher
code temporarily 'locks' as a security procedure. If you wait up to 12 hours
the code will become available to use again.

Sorry for any inconvenience this causes, please do not hesitate to contact
me again with any further questions you may have.'

Has anyone got any spare cdwow codes they wont been using as Im wanting to pre-order the robbie williams dvd.

Went to the concert & want to relive it again- I know im sad as the rest of the family keep telling me but I had the most fantastic time & we were in the front row .
