Cointreau/Cocktails and other Party Stuff

Hello, hope everyone is well today
I am throwing a party for my friend on Sunday (baby shower).
There are going to be 5-6 ladies and I have a budget of £30. This is for food, drink and decorations.
I have found a really nice recipe for 'Cosmopolitan Punch' (not for the lady with the child in her obviously!) lots of crushed fruit and 'Absolute Citron' and Cointreau. Didn't have A Citron so have put some zests of orange and lemon in a small bottle of plain vodka and am gonna shake that between now and Sunday. However Cointreau, - very yummy but very expensive and would be a massive drain on my budget, anything I can use as a substitute? I have some 'Carribean fruit punch' given to me as a present - it is orange (looking) so may work.....? Alternatively can you buy mini Cointreaus as I only need 90ml?
I am also going to make a non-alcoholic cocktail, and have herbal tea, coffee, wine and cola available.
Food - sausage rolls, crisps, vegetable sticks and home made dip. Blue Fairy Cakes (its a boy!)
Decorations - balloons, streamers, confetti.
So any tips on budgeting most appreciated.
Never held, or been to a baby shower before but very excited. So equally some suggestions for games/activities. My friend is American so thought it would be sweet for her and I think she deserves a bit of spoiling!
If you have got this far, thanks for reading!
Finally I didn't know whether this should be here or on the Families, Relationships....board so feel free to move
