Hi
due to previosu debt management plan I have to CCJS both actually off the same company and for the same amount... so I guess it's a duplicate.
This is over 6 years old in dec from the date it was settled.... will this automaticly be reoved from my credit file?
Alos i ahve some defults that I think i may still owe money to, but received no contact, these are also over 6 years old in decemer.. will these be removed to or do I ahve to contact them to do this?
How long will it be till I can get credit etc again ?
Many thanks

A CCJ will stop showing on your credit file 6years after the date of the CCJ. Do both CCJs currently show as settled?
The ones with defaults will be removed from your credit file 6years from the date of the default. Though if they are not settled then you would still owe the money, and depending on when you last paid you could still be required to pay any outstanding balance or could still be taken to court for these debts.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
