Each customer has to complete the survey, it won't apply the discount until your logged in then knows if you have completed the survey. It only takes 5min (prob less actually) and you get 15% off so well woth a few minutes of your time. You can only use this 15% off once though and offer ends 24/05/07

Try INFO it was given to people who completed a survey on their website for 15% discount. Not sure if it will work if you didn't do the survey though, and it is now closed to new users.
