  • Body shop hemp is excellent and lasts for ages. Put on and sit with a couple of sandwich bags or cotton gloves over your hands. I have found none better.

My husband's knuckles crack in wintertime but Neutrogena sorts him out.

I agree, BS hemp is the best hand treatment I've found. Well worth the money, very economical and it works!

Definitely exfoliate regularly too. The cream can work better then. Oil and sugar is fine. I also use the soft side of an emery board on thickened area of skin on my fingers, but rinse your hands after doing this.

I know what you mean , hands become very stiff and uncomfortable to use. A day or 2 of these treatments makes the skin start to feel supple again, but you've got to keep going with it as my hands slip back to being rough very quickly. Oh and wear gloves when out in the cold and for chores.

Good luck, I have the same problem, it's a real pain!
  • My vote goes to Aveeno! :)

Neotrogena is the best IMO but Vaseline soothing intense is in £land at the mo and is pretty good IMO
