bank charges?

I have probably only been charged around £120 in the past 6 years can I claim this back? I am with RBS how do I do it?

    yes you can.
    go to the consumer advice (i don't know the link sorry) but if you go to the home page and click on "reclaim your bank charges" you'll get it.

    With an amount that small, you could try a more polite letter pointing out what a good and loyal customer youn have been and that you're thinking of taking your custom elsewhere. £120 is a spit in the ocean compared to how much they make oput of you by lending your money to other people.
