Right of withdrawl
"If you withdraw you must repay the amount of credit shown above together with intrest at the intrest rate shown above accured from the date this agreement to the date of repayment without delay and no later than 30 days after giving notce to withdraw".
Seems a it unfair if I want to withdraw a day after I signed the contract that I will be stung for nearly £300. The way the salesperson worded things and showed his own sheets that did not break down the credit like this contract does has really annoyed me. Will call at 0900 and see what is said over the phone.0 -
