My son needed a pair of Creative headphones suitable for his Zen mp3 player . Currently on Amazon for 1p (one pence) ! So he ordered a few pairs . Not many left this morning tho' .

From a amazon marketplace reseller, not amazon direct, looks like they're cheap creative headphones and they probably have overpriced delivery charges, much like majority of under £5 goods on ebay.

Amazon marketplace has fixed delivery costs, you can't inflate them as such

IIRC it's set per items at £4 plus 50p a kilo, so it's probably £4.50 postage on them. It's not a bad deal for small items but anything over a few kilo's you usually get charged more in postage by the post office than Amazon charge and your expected to charge more to ofset the lost in postage.

that said like ebay th fact they are 1p makes the amazoon charged 0.1p so probably effectivly free to sell on amazon as they can't charge fractions of penny's and it gets rounded down
