    lol,i always thinks yeah the odds are high of me getting one as theres thousands...but with the last 3 rimmel offer i havent got anything and they have all been in the thousands... i have now opened a new account with a differant email addy..hopefully more lucky.

    Does it not call you by your username as in 'Hi xxxxxxx,'
    in the email. ?
    I requested mine as was in same boat and it called me by my username.
