Memory Sticks Exempt From 16 MBG?

Sorry to be a little dumb guys but have been looking and cannot work out if they are exempt from the 16 MBG?
My hubby bought the wrong one, it is still sealed but not sure they are going to swap it over. It is 79.99 too!

I have never had any trouble returning things that are exempt. As Ailuro 2 said, as long as it is still sealed they know you haven't touched it so they should be OK. At the end of the day it is down to manager's discretion.0

Have a look at amazon.co.uk or play.com for the same size memory stick - chances are that it will be a lot cheaper there than at Argos.EGG are a bunch of complete bankers!0
