which is what im currently doing(but im not the OP) despite there being not many jobs that take my fancy0 -
I think the luxury of being able to just apply for jobs you fancy is out of the question for many people for a few years yet.0

Because a chill wind blows, the fire sputters low and the wolves have blood in their nostrils. From the next room, a plaintive cry of hunger sounds - infant anguish from many days without...ah you get the point :rotfl:
I believe his point was, for many jobseekers with bills coming in and savings used up, the priority is to get work as soon as possible, no matter what it is. That doesn't mean you won't find a job you like. It just means you may have to do a rubbish job while you are looking for your dream jobCredit Card - £300 Overdraft - £2000.
Student Loan - £19001.00.

Because with hundreds of people applying for each job [allegedly]....just being a job you fancy isn't enough...you need something like skills and qualifications to back you up.
Didn't stop me from getting a job I really fancied though - that I'd never done before. If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0
